This processing method corresponds to each stroke of Chinese characters, and the cutter will go twice, so the processing effect on small characters or fine fonts is not good. The second is to directly generate the NC code by using the single-line font added in Windows. Since the single-line font cannot be converted into other fonts (such as 楷, 仿宋, etc.), it is often impossible to meet certain special requirements.

Applying the method of mathematical morphology, the Chinese characters are refined, the skeleton is taken out, and a single line word is formed. Then the software automatically generates the NC code for engraving, which is suitable for Chinese characters of any font, so that each tool has only a few strokes for Chinese characters.
