First, the power supply should be stable, and the grounding protection should be good. In severe weather such as thunderstorms and heavy rain, the power must be cut off.
Second, the screen of LED display is exposed to the outdoors for a long time, and it will inevitably be affected by wind, sun, and dust on the surface. The surface of the screen cannot be wiped directly with a damp cloth. You can use alcohol to wipe it, or use a brush or vacuum cleaner. Dust removal.
Third, when using, must first open the control computer to enable normal operation and then open the led display; after use, turn off the display first, and then shut down the computer.
Fourth, the inside of the display screen is strictly prohibited from entering the water. It is forbidden to enter the screen body with flammable substances and easily conductive metal objects, so as to avoid short circuit and fire. If water enters, cut off the power immediately and contact the maintenance personnel until the display panel inside the screen is dry.
Fifth, it is recommended that the led display should be rested at least 10 hours a day, at least once a week during the rainy season, and the screen should be turned on at least once a week for at least 1 hour.
Sixth, do not be forced to cut off, do not frequently turn off and turn on the display power supply, so as to avoid excessive current, power line heat is too large, LED die damage, affecting the display life. Do not arbitrarily disassemble and splicing the screen!
Seventh, led large-screen screens need to be regularly checked whether it is working properly, line damage should be promptly repaired or replaced. The main control computer and other related equipment should be placed in the air-conditioner and dust-free rooms to ensure the computer's ventilation, heat dissipation and stable work. The internal circuit of the screen, non-professionals are forbidden to touch, in order to avoid electric shock, or cause damage to the line, if there is a problem, professionals should be asked to repair. 1. The higher the brightness of the LED, the greater the remaining amount of current used, which is good for saving power and keeping the LED stable. The LED has different angle values. In the case that the chip brightness is fixed, the smaller the angle is, the brighter the LED is, but the smaller the viewing angle of the display screen is. Generally, 100-degree LEDs should be selected to ensure that the display has a sufficient viewing angle. For display screens with different dot pitches and different line of sight, a balance should be found in brightness, angle, and price.
3. Failure Rate Because the full-color display consists of tens or hundreds of thousands of pixels consisting of red, green and blue LEDs, the failure of any color LED will affect the overall visual effect of the display. In general, according to industry experience, the failure rate before the LED display starts to assemble and 72 hours before aging should not exceed 30% (refer to the failure caused by the LED lamp itself).
4, anti-static ability LED is a semiconductor device, sensitive to static electricity, easily lead to electrostatic failure, so the anti-static ability of the display screen is critical to the life. The inconsistency of the brightness attenuation of the red, green, and blue LEDs will cause inconsistencies in the color of the led display, which is what we often say about the display. High-quality LED devices can well control the brightness attenuation. According to 1000 hours normal temperature light 20mA standard, red attenuation should be less than 2%, blue, green attenuation should be less than 10%, so blue, green LED display screen design do not try to use 20mA current, it is best to use only 70% to 80 % of rated current.
In addition to the attenuation characteristics of red, green, and blue LEDs, the use of current, PCB board thermal design, and the ambient temperature of the display panel all affect attenuation.
7. The size of the size LED device affects the pixel distance of the led display, ie the resolution. The 5mm elliptical lamp is mainly used for outdoor display of P16 and above. The 3mm elliptical lamp is mainly used for outdoor display of P12.5, P12, and P10. The 3528 type of patch LED is mainly used for indoor display of P6 and P8. 2020 SMD LED is mainly used for P2, P3 indoor display. Under the premise of constant dot pitch, the LED device increases in size, which can increase the display area and reduce the graininess. In this way, the consistency of the angles of the red, green and blue LEDs will seriously affect the consistency of the white balance at different angles and directly affect the fidelity of the video color of the display screen. To achieve consistent matching of brightness changes of red, green, and blue LEDs at different angles, it is necessary to strictly design the package lens design and raw material selection, depending on the packaging vendor's technical level.
