Under the premise of ensuring the quality and reducing the cost, taking into account the change of the impurity content of the mineral sample in the production, the dosage of the agent should be 80~100kg/t.

(4) Expanding the test with 80kg/t Qiongye 3# for several parts (per lt) of paving the ore for 30 minutes, the whiteness (visual) is about 57 degrees, the yield is 98.1%, the comprehensive sample (718- Comprehensive) containing 0.09% TiO2, 0.05l% Fe2O3, 65.14% (Zr·Hf)O2. It can be seen that the impurity content and whiteness both meet the test requirements.

V. Conclusion

(1) Using the process technology to treat pre-pate zircon concentrate, the yield is ≥98%, the impurity content of TiO2 and Fe2O3 is reduced to 0.1% and 0.06%, respectively, and the whiteness is higher, which can be zircon emblem. Powder production provides high quality and reliable raw materials.
