·Guangdong Province accelerates the deployment of hydrogen energy automobile industry chain

On February 8th, as usual, Master Chen drove a hydrogen fuel cell bus from Yunfu Silao Station to the Jinshan Bus Terminal on the other side of the city.

This is the first demonstration line of hydrogen fuel cell buses operated by the country officially commercialized passengers. More crucially, all the hydrogen fuel cell buses on this bus demonstration operation line are produced in Guangdong and have independent intellectual property rights.

At present, Guangdong relies on Foshan and Yunfu, two cities on the west bank of the Pearl River, to create a relatively complete hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry chain through innovative industrial counterparts, and is constantly attracting complete vehicle companies.

However, as one of the important technical routes for new energy vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are now standing on the “window”, and all over the country are accelerating the preemption of layout, which makes Guangdong have to face a more realistic problem: how to Take a step first" to "step by step"?

Basically equivalent to pure electric vehicles

As one of the main technical routes of new energy vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have clearly proposed to vigorously develop in the important strategic outlines such as “National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline”, “Made in China 2025” and “Long-term Development Plan for Automobile Industry”.

According to the "China Blue Energy Industry Infrastructure Development Blue Book (2016)" plan, China will take the lead in realizing the large-scale promotion and application of hydrogen energy vehicles and hydrogen refueling stations by 2020, to maintain 10,000 fuel cell transportation vehicles; by 2030, The number of fuel cell vehicles has reached 2 million.

It can be said that the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle will be another sunrise industry, and relying on the deep automobile manufacturing base, Guangdong government and enterprises are accelerating the joint card market, a new industry without ceiling.

On February 8, the investment agreement for Guangdong Changjiang Automobile Complete Vehicle Production and Hydrogen Power R&D Center was officially signed. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2019, with an annual output of 60,000 new energy vehicles. After the completion of production, the total output value will reach 20 billion yuan. .

On February 7, Dongfeng Special Commercial Vehicle announced that it will set up a special commercial hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle production base in Yunfu. The overall plan is to build a new energy commercial vehicle production line with hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and an annual production capacity of 5,000 vehicles. Among them, the first phase will form 2,000 vehicles and will be completed by 2020; the second phase will further expand cooperation areas according to market expansion and development needs.

Prior to this, the speeding new energy vehicle has set up a production line with an annual output of up to 5,000 vehicles in Yunfu, and the hydrogen fuel cell bus produced by the speeding has been normalized in Yunfu and Foshan.

According to incomplete statistics, various car companies in Guangdong have planned the production capacity of nearly 70,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. This will also lay a solid foundation for the next promotion and application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

At present, 28 hydrogen fuel cell buses have been put into operation in Foshan and Yunfu. By the end of 2017, a total of more than 400,000 kilometers have been operated, 2,992 flights have been dispatched, and rescues have been dispatched three times. The average hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers is 7.2 kilograms. “The reliability, safety and environmental protection of the vehicle have reached the international leading level, and the social response is good.” Tian Jixian, executive deputy director of the Party and Government Office of Foshan (Yunfu) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park, said that from the perspective of comprehensive cost, the current 8.6-meter bus is sold. The price has dropped from the initial 2.5 million yuan to 1.6 million yuan, deducting the national and local policy subsidies, basically equivalent to the price of pure electric vehicles.

The "innovation chain" has taken shape

Then, in Guangdong, which is also relatively blank in the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, why can it continue to attract OEMs to settle down?

Behind this, the key is that Guangdong relies on Foshan and Yunfu, two cities on the west bank of the Pearl River, to initially build a relatively complete hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry chain.

The reporter found in Foshan (Yunfu) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park that this area is not a large industrial park. It is slightly quiet, unlike the traditional transfer industrial park where cars come and go, but it already has relatively complete hydrogen fuel. Battery automotive industry chain.

It is understood that the upstream of the industrial park will introduce hydrogen production and hydrogen storage enterprises such as Puton Hydrogen and Guangdong Lianyue Hydrogen; the midstream will introduce Dongfeng Special Merchants, Feiqi Hydrogen Bus and other vehicle companies; and the downstream introduction of Shenzhen Zhongboyuan fuel cell distribution Project companies such as power generation and new energy vehicle promotion and operation have built industrial clusters such as “hydrogenation hydrogenation, hydrogen fuel cells and powertrains, hydrogen energy vehicle manufacturing, hydrogen energy research and product testing”.

More crucially, in the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry, Guangdong has initially formed the innovation capability of independent technology.

“The introduction of the 9SSL stack production line from Ballard, Canada has already achieved absorption and re-innovation. It has developed a battery stack that is more suitable for commercial vehicles, and has become a supplier of major domestic bus manufacturers such as Yutong. The working machine is basically localized and forms independent intellectual property rights.” Yan Xiqiang, deputy director of Guangdong Guohong Hydrogen Energy R&D Center, said that Guohong Hydrogen has the largest production line of fuel cell stacks in the world, with an annual output of fuel cell stacks. 20,000 sets of fuel cell powertrains of 5,000 units.

In order to continue to enhance competitiveness, Guangdong Guohong Hydrogen has already entered into a new round of cooperation negotiations with Ballard, initially establishing a MEA (membrane electrode) joint venture production line to jointly create the “Yunfu High Performance Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powertrain Guangdong Laboratory”. "The consensus."

In terms of vehicle, Guangdong has also completed the independent development of 45kW, 70kW, 120kW fuel cell system modules, 8.6m, 6.9m fuel cell buses and 7.5 tons and 4.5 tons of fuel cell logistics vehicles.

Crack the promotion of application bottlenecks into key points

With the continuous maturity of technology and the foreseeable development space in the future, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have stood on the “window”. In order to seize the development opportunities of hydrogen fuel cells, all localities have accelerated their layout.

In September last year, Shanghai issued the “Shanghai Fuel Cell Vehicle Development Plan”, proposing to strengthen the top-level design of the fuel cell vehicle industry, clarify the fuel cell vehicle technology development route, accelerate the improvement of the fuel cell vehicle industry chain, and plan and develop Shanghai development. Fuel cell vehicles have multiple targets.

In January of this year, Hubei Wuhan also made plans to strive to achieve a world-class new hydrogen energy city with an annual output value of 100 billion yuan in the entire industrial chain of hydrogen fuel cells by 2025.

Then, in the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, Guangdong has taken the “first step”, and in the face of the latecomers who cannot afford to be underestimated, how can we achieve “step by step”?

“How to develop better in the future? This requires top-level design and comprehensive consideration of the entire industry from a higher level.” Zhao Jishi, director of the Hydrogen Energy Standardization Innovation R&D Center, said that this includes increasing the promotion and application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and accelerating the construction of basic measures. Wait.

“How far hydrogen-fuel cell vehicles can go, hydrogen refueling stations are an essential part.” Ma Dongsheng, chairman of Guangdong Guohong Hydrogen Energy, admitted that gas stations and gas stations can find corresponding government departments, and hydrogenation. The approval of the station could not find the management department. At the same time, because the hydrogen energy industry is still in its infancy, there is no special hydrogen production standard, and hydrogen can only be produced in chemical parks, which restricts the development of the industry.

It is reported that in order to break through the application of bottlenecks and strengthen the construction of hydrogen refueling stations, Foshan and Yunfu are being cracked by “detour tactics”. "Now the two municipal governments have coordinated the various administrative departments through the minutes of the meeting and cracked the 'difficult' problem of infrastructure such as hydrogen refueling stations." Tian Jixian introduced.

According to the plan, before the end of 2018, Foshan and Yunfu cities completed 22 hydrogen refueling stations, including 6 Yunfu and 16 Foshan, and built a relatively complete hydrogenation infrastructure network in China. Since October 2017, Yunfu has all declared new gas stations, and in principle requires supporting the construction of hydrogenation facilities.
