After grinding, the material reaches the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force, and is blown by hot air from the hot air inlet at the wind ring. The material particles in the high-speed updraft are suspended and dried, and a small part of the bulk material is first separated out under the action of gravity and dropped into a grinding plate to continue grinding. The rest of the material was brought into a separator in the upper Raymond Mill to separate, and the qualified fines were discharged through the mill outlet through the outlet of the mill and collected. The coarse powder is then ground along the upper frame body and the inner wall of the classifier to be ground again and the appeal process is repeated.
Vertical Raymond Mill has the following advantages: high grinding efficiency, low energy consumption of grinding, compared with the ball mill of the same scale, saving 30% to 50%; allowing large grinding material size; grinding roller on the material The force can be artificially controlled to ensure that the materials and equipment are subjected to even and stable forces; the drying ability is strong; the grinding controllability is good; the material residence time in the mill is only 0.5 to 2 minutes, and the qualified products in the mill can be separated in time.
