When the molybdenum wire runs at a high speed, it is no different from the "wire saw" for the guide. Therefore, the wear of the guide is very large compared to the slow wire, and it is difficult to coincide the small hole of the guide with the molybdenum wire between the upper and lower capstans when the guide is installed. This not only speeds up the wear of the guide but also directly affects the position of the molybdenum wire when cutting.

It is generally not recommended to use a guide wire die when cutting taper. When cutting taper, molybdenum wire is easier to cut and damage the guide wire mold. In general, the accuracy and finish requirements of wire cutting taper are not particularly high.
