Children play lost to disabled kindergartens 200,000

6-year-old Xiao Xiang (a pseudonym) went to school in Nanjing Liuhe kindergarten. During an extra-curricular activity, she was knocked down by other children. His diagnosis was severe head injury and he was a class 10 disabled. Parents sued the kindergarten in Liuhe Court and received compensation of 100,000 yuan.

One day early last year, Xiao Xiang's kindergarten teacher led a group of children out of the classroom and went to the plastic runway to do activities. The children were playing happily and playing games. No one noticed too much. The 6-year-old Xiao Xiang was suddenly knocked down by another child and head to the ground. At first, the kindergarten teacher didn't care, but after lunch, Xiao Xiang didn't eat much and he couldn't sleep at lunch break. He also said he had a headache. At 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the teacher did not feel right. He quickly called Xiao Xiang’s parents. Soon after the parents took Xiao Xiang back, the children were equally restless and slept for a while and began to vomit.

Xiaoxiang and his parents rushed him to the hospital in the district. The diagnosis turned out to be a severe closed head injury. After the transfer to the urban hospital, the hospital stay was nearly two months. During this period, his parents applied for a disability identification for Xiao Xiang. Grade is ten. In addition, the child still left a lot of sequelae, hair did not grow up, even stuttering speech. If you want to repair scars on the head and face and hair regeneration, you still need tens of thousands of operating costs.

For this accident, the kindergarten was unable to prove that it had fulfilled its management obligations. Naturally it was difficult for the kindergarten to advance and all the medical expenses were paid for about 100,000 yuan. However, Xiao Xiang's parents still sued the kindergarten to the court, chasing additional compensation for injuries, mental damages, and so on, totaling more than 140,000 yuan. In the end, after court mediation, the two parties reached an agreement, and the park made a one-off compensation for all losses caused by Xiao Xiang’s injury.
