Shandong Dongying Establishes Import & Export Chamber of Commerce

On September 11, it was learned from the Dongying City Bureau of Commerce that the establishment of the Dongying City Import and Export Chamber of Commerce was recently held and representatives of 60 companies attended the inaugural meeting.

On the morning of September 5, Wanda Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Dongying Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Shandong Hengfeng Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd., Jinyu Tire Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Kerui Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd., Dongying Haixin Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. The establishment of the Dongying Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, which was initiated by seven companies of Dongying Baofeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., was held at Wanda International Building. A total of 60 corporate representatives attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Dongying City Import and Export Chamber of Commerce Constitution" (Draft), "Dongying City Import and Export Chamber of Commerce Management Fees Regulations" (draft), the election of president, vice president, secretary general and other candidates.

In recent years, Dongying’s foreign trade economy has developed rapidly. Last year, the city’s foreign trade import and export exceeded US$13 billion for the first time, reaching US$13.15 billion, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year. Since the beginning of this year, the import and export of foreign trade in the city has maintained a steady growth despite the continuous decline in the prices of international bulk raw materials and the “double counter” investigations on export of rubber tires and petroleum tubing. From January to July, the import and export volume reached 7.55 billion U.S. dollars, of which exports were 3.67 billion U.S. dollars and imports were 3.87 billion U.S. dollars. The total volume of imports, exports, and imports continued to remain the 6th, 5th, and 4th places in the province. There are 448 enterprises with import and export achievements in the city, of which 2 companies have exceeded US$1 billion in exports and imports, 17 have exceeded US$100 million, and 43 have over US$10 million. Exports cover 189 countries and regions around the world. There are 88 countries and regions.

The establishment of the Dongying Import and Export Chamber of Commerce will further build a bridge between the government and enterprises, guide enterprises to strengthen industry self-regulation, standardize import and export order, deal with international trade frictions, participate in international competition, and promote Dongying enterprises to accelerate the pace of “going out” and help Push the city's foreign trade further bigger and stronger.

Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are separable and their limit rotational speed is low.

Structures:

1.51000 type single-direction thrust ball bearings, this type of bearing can only accommodate axial load on one direction and can control the axial movement on one direction of the shaft and housing.

2.52000 type double-direction thrust ball bearings, this type of bearings can accommodate axial load on double direction and can control the axial movement on double direction of shaft and housing.

3. 560000 type thrust angular-contact Ball Bearing, as this structure can carry axial load and radial simultaneously.

Cage materials

When the outside diameter is equal or lesser than250mm, thrust ball bearings generally adopt pressed steel sheet cages, when the outside diameter is more than250mm,it will adopt solid cages.

Minimum axial load

When the Thrust Ball Bearing is operating, if the applied axial load is too small, the axial direction is not tightly pressed, then acted by centrifugal force, the steel ball will slip and displace and destroy the normal operation of the bearings. To avoid the occurrence of such case, an axial load, Famin must be applied when the thrust ball bearings is working. The calculating formula is:

Minimum load constant A is showing in the bearings dimension table. If the applied axial load is small, a spring must be used to preload the bearing.

Permissible tilt angle

The double supporting surface of thrust ball bearings should be parallel. The axis center line should be square with shell supporting surface, if this is not assured, it can compensate by adopting spherical housing washer and self-aligning washer. 

Tolerance

The tolerance value of thrust ball bearings is showing in the section [the tolerance of rolling bearing".

Dynamic equivalent axial load

Whenα=90°,thrust ball bearings can only carry axial load and its dynamic equivalent axial load is: Pa=Fa

Whenα≠90,  acted by constant and invariable radial and axial loads, the dynamic equivalent axial load is: Pa=XFr+YFa

Static equivalent axial load

Whenα=90°, the static equivalent axial load is: P0a=Fa;

Whenα≠90°, the static equivalent axial load is: P0a=2.3Frtanα+Fa.

Where: For double-direction bearings, this equation is applicable to the status when the ration of radial load and axial load is an arbitrary value; for single-direction bearings, when F_r/F_a≤0.44ctgα, the equation is reliable; when, the F_r/F_a＞0.67ctgα, the equation can still give satisfactory P_0avalue, but not very conservative.
