JLF-600 (capacity: 300-400kg/h) has high recycling efficiency and high purity. Mixed crushed material (copper pellet and plastic pellet) enters the vibrating separator together with airflow, and finally the pellets are put on the small vibrator (second separating system) to get 100% purity.

Cable Recycling Equipment Detail Instruction:
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step of the whole recycling process of the granulator machine. There are 14 pieces of moving blades inside the crusher, and it can cut small pieces of scrap copper wires into small pellets with a size of 5-8mm (depends on raw material size).
2. Separating System: The high pressure fan brings crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. There is a screen inside the system, which can separate copper pellets and plastic pellets to different outlets.
3. Dust Collector: There is a combined dust collecting system on the recycling machine.
4. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit through this outlet.
5. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit through this outlet.
6. Electric Control Box: Normally we match an automatic control system with the machine. And we could also accept control system customization. 
Cable Recycling Equipment Spare Parts & Related Machine:
Main spare parts of copper wire recycling machine are screen and moving blades. Normally we supply an extra set of spare parts including 1 piece of screen and 14 pieces of blades for JLF-600 granulator machine.
We also recommend proper related machines to customers according to the raw material to achieve the best recycling effect.
Pretreat Machines:
1. Cable stripper: If customers deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand, it is better to separate its cores and then put them into the granulator machine.
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large length, it will be helpful to cut them into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade sharpening machine: After long time operation, blades on the granulator machine need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic conveyor: If there is a small part of iron mixed inside the copper wire, we can add a magnetic conveyor to remove the iron from the copper pellet to achieve high purity.
5. Belt conveyor: It is supplied to customers who require totally automatic copper wire feeding. 
Cable Recycling EquipmentPacking & Shipping:
For JLF-600 granulator machine, normally we pack it with plastic films and place it into a container.
If customers require, we could pack parts of it with a ply wooden case.
Normally one set JLF-600 requires one piece of 20' container for shipping.
