The JLF-600 model (capacity: 300-400kg/h) offers high recycling efficiency and purity. Mixed crushed material (copper and plastic pellets) enters the vibrating separator along with airflow, and finally, the pellets are separated on the small vibrator (second separating system) to achieve 100% purity.

Cable Recycling Equipment Detail Instruction:
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step of the whole recycling process. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher, which can cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: The high-pressure fan brings the crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. There is a screen inside that separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Dust Collector: The machine has a combined dust collection system.
4. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit from this port.
5. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit from this port.
6. Electric Control Box: Normally, we match an automatic control system with the machine. Customization is also available. 
Cable Recycling Equipment Spare Parts & Related Machines:
Main spare parts include screens and moving blades. For the JLF-600 model, we usually supply one extra set of spare parts, including one screen and 14 blades. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to ensure optimal recycling results.
Pretreatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: Ideal for large multi-strand copper wires; it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: Useful for cutting large-length materials into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: Blades need maintenance after prolonged use to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: Helps remove iron impurities from copper pellets to improve purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Suitable for fully automatic copper wire feeding systems. 
Cable Recycling EquipmentPacking & Shipping:
For the JLF-600 model, we typically pack the machine with plastic films and place it in a container. If needed, we can also pack parts in a wooden case.
One set of JLF-600 requires one 20' container for shipping.
