The structure of XJK type (A) flotation machine and its working principle

XKL type (A type) flotation machine is a kind of flotation machine widely used in China. The construction of this flotation machine is shown in the figure below. Generally, the four tanks are grouped into one group, and are divided into a suction tank (with a suction pipe 22) and a DC tank (with no suction pipe).

When the flotation machine is in operation, the motor rotates the main shaft 3 through the pulleys 19 and 13, and the impeller 5 rotates together with the main shaft 3. Thus, a partial vacuum zone (negative pressure zone) is formed between the cover plate 7 and the impeller 5, and air is sucked by the suction pipe 11 through the air cylinder 2, while the slurry is sucked through the suction pipe 22, and the slurry is mixed with the air. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller is pushed into the groove through the guide vane 7 of the cover edge. Due to the strong agitation of the blades, the air in the slurry is dispersed into bubbles and evenly distributed in the slurry. When the suspended ore particles collide with the air bubbles, the floatable ore particles adhere to the air bubbles and rise to the liquid surface with the air bubbles to form a mineralized foam layer, which is scraped off by the scraper 15 as a concentrate and remains in the tank. The ore particles enter the next tank selection.
The key components of this flotation machine are the impeller and the cover. The role of the impeller is as follows: 1) The vacuum chamber of the pump is similar to the cover plate to create a negative pressure zone, so that the slurry flows by itself, the air self-priming and the slurry in the tank circulates; 2) the air is broken up due to the rotary motion of the impeller The bubbles are evenly distributed in the slurry, so that the ore particles are suspended and fully contacted with the bubbles so that the flotation agent can fully act with the ore particles.
The function of the cover plate is: 1) forming a vacuum chamber with the impeller to generate an aeration effect; 2) guiding vanes on the cover plate to guide the slurry of the impeller, reducing eddy current, ie reducing hydraulic loss; 3) ensuring impeller when parking Not buried by mineral sand.
