Common faults and troubleshooting methods for medium and fine crusher cone crushers

1. The oil temperature is too high. Cause: The oil quality is not good; the oil quantity is insufficient; the bearing is damaged.
Elimination method: change oil, or refuel, or replace the bearing.
2. The oil pressure is low or the indicator has no oil flow after the oil pump is started. Cause: The oil temperature is low; the oil pipe is blocked or the oil pump is not working properly.
Elimination method: heating to increase oil temperature; repair pipeline or oil pump.
3. Oil temperature oil pressure rises Cause: The tubing or oil groove is blocked and the safety valve is malfunctioning.
Elimination method: stop inspection and repair.
4. The oil contains a lot of fine mud and impurities. Cause: The seal dust-proof device is out of order; the water pipe is blocked or leaking, resulting in water shortage.
Elimination method: stop re-sealing or cleaning and repair, replace with new oil.
5. The crusher is strongly vibrated, and the sudden rotation speed of the moving cone is accelerated. The cause is: the poor lubrication causes the main shaft to be tightly wrapped by the bushing; the movable cone sinks or the spherical thrust bearing is damaged; the upper movement of the tapered bushing causes the gap with the main shaft to be insufficient.
Elimination method: Replace damaged parts and repair oil pump and pipeline for reasons.
6. Produce audible cracking when crushing or idling. Cause: The lining is slack; the movable cone or fixed cone lining is not round and impacts.
Elimination method: stop the inspection screw tightening and zinc layer off. If the screw or earring is damaged, remove the adjusting ring and replace the screw and earring; if the zinc layer falls off, re-cast the zinc layer; check the ovality of the lining and mechanically process if necessary.
7. The drive shaft rotates unevenly, the pulley rotates after a strong knocking sound, and the moving cone does not move. Cause: The gear is worn or damaged; the connecting key is damaged; the main shaft is broken.
Elimination method: stop the gear replacement and make the meshing clearance meet the requirements; replace the coupling key; replace the spindle to strengthen the iron removal work.
8. Increased grain size of mine discharge Cause: The liner is seriously worn.
Elimination method: adjust the discharge port, reduce the size of the discharge port; replace the lining
