How to recover iron from fly ash?

The iron in the fly ash mainly exists in the form of Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and iron silicate. The recovery of iron minerals from fly ash does not require stripping, mining, crushing, grinding and other sections, and its investment is only about 1/4 of the iron selected from the ore, thus saving a large number of infrastructure and operating expenses.

The magnetite selected from the fly ash can first be used as a raw material for firing the cement in the cement plant, and secondly can be incorporated into the iron ore with a higher iron content as the raw material for the iron making.

Recovery and Reuse of aluminum oxide, fly ash and other scattered elements of

Al2O3 in fly ash exists in the form of inactive aluminum-rich vitreous andalusite (3Al2O3·SiO2), which can be recovered by chemical beneficiation.  In smelt process,we use middle frequency furnace,avoiding the emergence of the oxide; in molten steel control part,we use Germany-imported direct reading spectrometer machine,assuring its quality before the molten steel out of the furnace.During this process we use ERP production and management software to get the feedback information.

 In heat treatment process,we use electric furnace,and adopt double-temperature control in order to heat the products equally.As a result, the products will have great metallurgical structure.

 Our tolerance can reach at the grade of 5-7 according to our country`s tolerance standard.

 In machining process,we have 12 CNC machining centers and some other machines, so we can make further machining if the customers need.
