A. Application Range This twin-screw pump is specifically designed for hot oil applications. Traditional twin-screw pumps are not suitable for high-temperature oil. The inlet and outlet design ensures sufficient medium remains in the pump, providing excellent self-priming even when the suction pipe is completely emptied. 2. The pump body features a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure, allowing some medium to return to the inlet or be stored through the valve, reducing torque during startup. 3. A synchronizer gear transfers torque from the drive screw to the idler screw, ensuring no metal contact and reliable power transmission between components. This allows the pump to avoid damage from dry running. 4. The meshing screws form a sealed cavity inside the pump, and as they rotate, the liquid moves axially within the cavity, delivering it steadily and continuously to the outlet. This eliminates pulsation due to constant cavity volume. 5. The pump body offers multiple heating structures to adapt to different media under varying temperature conditions. D. Additional Information Our pumps can be customized based on customer requirements, including horizontal/vertical/trolley structures, explosion-proof levels, IP ratings, insulation levels (for hazardous areas), special stainless steel (for food industry or corrosive liquids), heating chambers, safety valves, and alarm sensors.
