Even when the suction pipe is completely emptied, the pump still maintains excellent self-suction performance. 2. The pump body uses a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure, allowing some medium to return to the inlet or storage. This enables the pump to start under full pressure, significantly reducing torque. 3. A synchronizer gear transfers torque from the drive screw to the idler screw, ensuring no metal contact and smooth power transmission between components. This makes the pump highly reliable and resistant to damage from dry rotation. 4. When operating, the meshing screws form a sealed cavity inside the pump. As the screws rotate, the liquid moves axially with the cavity, delivering it steadily and continuously to the outlet. Since the cavity volume remains constant, there is no pulsation during operation. 5. The twin-screw pump body offers multiple heating structure options, adapting to different media at varying temperatures. D.
