Judd brings nearly two decades of leadership experience rooted in utility infrastructure management. His expertise spans diverse renewable energy ventures such as solar, geothermal, and carbon capture initiatives. Most notably, he spearheaded an innovative water recovery project in San Francisco that exceeded targets, enabling the city to meet its 2025 reuse goals six years ahead of schedule. Holding a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, an MS in Nuclear Engineering from the U.S. Navy, and an MBA from Golden Gate University, Judd combines technical acumen with a forward-thinking approach to energy solutions.
