Garbage truck manufacturers warn: 10 points must be taken care of when refitting garbage trucks!

As more and more vehicle owners have converted cars into "sanitation garbage trucks, sprinklers, and suction trucks, etc.," the potential safety risks have also increased substantially. Some of the irregular modifications have led to a decrease in the service life of the car. The following garbage truck manufacturers introduce some ten tips for garbage truck modification.

1. After the chassis has been modified, the axle load on the front and rear axles must not exceed the maximum axle load quality allowed on the chassis.

The total mass of the second and third rounds of garbage truck products shall not be greater than the maximum load quality calibrated by the chassis used, nor shall it be less than 90% of the maximum allowable total mass.

Third, all modified vehicles and changes to garbage trucks should be implemented in accordance with the current national regulations.

Fourth, the refitting manufacturers shall be responsible for the design, manufacture and safety of all refitting devices; and shall be responsible for the correctness of connection between the refitting part and the chassis carrying system and the power output system, and shall not affect the entire car due to the general layout design of the refitting part. safety.

5. The conversion plant shall not dismantle, change, weaken and destroy the original structural components of the chassis for the purpose of installing the modified parts, or cause the chassis to be heavily loaded with stress concentration.

Sixth, the modified part should have enough space for maintenance, so that the relevant parts of the inspection, maintenance, lubrication, replacement and disassembly have a good proximity. When necessary, the compartment car chassis must have a corresponding maintenance activity cover.

7. After the refitted vehicle is driving on the vehicle, and the refitting part is in any motion state, it shall be ensured that friction, collision and interference do not occur between the refitting part and the original chassis member.

8. Pay attention to reduce the height of the center of gravity of the converted part (including the bearing quality) as much as possible and ensure that the axle load distribution of each axis does not exceed the maximum allowable shaft load of the plant to avoid the eccentric load between each axis and the left and right wheels.

9. When the selected chassis is a turnable cab, the cab shall be smoothly turned after the conversion.

10. It is not allowed to affect the running brake and steering performance of sanitation vehicles due to modification.

A tire (American English) or tyre (British English) is a ring-shaped vehicle component that covers the wheel's rim to protect it and enable better vehicle performance. Most tires, such as those for automobiles and bicycles, provide traction between the vehicle and the road while providing a flexible cushion that absorbs shock.

A bicycle tire is a tire that fits on the wheel of a bicycle, Unicycle, tricycle, quadracycle, bicycle trailer, or trailer bike. They may also be used on wheelchairs and hand cycles, especially for racing. Bicycle tires provide an important source of suspension, generate the lateral forces necessary for balancing and turning, and generate the longitudinal forces necessary for propulsion and braking. They are the second largest source, after air drag, of power consumption on a level road.[1] The modern detachable pneumatic bicycle tire contributed to the popularity and eventual dominance of the safety bicycle.
