One individual was transported to Community First Medical Center, where they were later pronounced dead. The second victim is in serious condition at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. Firefighters are still on scene, but have not completed a full search of the building due to its structural instability. Crews are working carefully to ensure safety as they continue their efforts.
