Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will  sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.

Filtration rod filters Equipments

Describe:

Filter Rod filter equipment can be divided into: ceramic membrane filter rod, stainless steel strong magnetic rod filter, stainless steel titanium rod filter. In the process of industrial production, ceramic membrane filter rod is used to treat waste water, raw water and waste liquid. The waste water can reach the national discharge standard or recycle after passing through ceramic membrane filter.

Classification and applications:

The core component of ceramic membrane filter is ceramic filter rod. It uses acid-resistant ceramic particles or quartz, corundum sand and other raw materials as the main raw materials, and adds a small amount of inorganic binder and reinforcements to carry on scientific formulation. Grading, molding, film making and other processes from processing.

Titanium rod filter uses titanium powder sintered filter element, which is made of hollow filter rod by high temperature sintering of titanium metal powder by powder metallurgy method. It is widely used in the separation of liquid and solid in food, beverage, medicine and chemical industry. It is often used in coarse filtration or intermediate filtration. The filter element has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and the filter element can be reused repeatedly. Filter equipment housing material is 316l or 304 stainless steel.

Stainless steel strong magnetic rod filter has a magnetic rod with high quality stainless steel tube and high B value rare earth alloy neodymium boron. It is made by special manufacturing method and is used to gather the powder transported by liquid, slurry flow and air supply pipeline. The strong magnetic iron impurity in gas and other enterprise phase is widely used to remove iron from high temperature condensate and back water in power industry. Also used for fluid food filling line fine metal impurities removal to ensure food safety.
