The car chaired a wait-and-see attitude and did not issue a new driving permit in time for the announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission. It is also easy to understand. I did not expect to find out the parameters of the large-tonnage standard vehicles and correct the wrong parameters. The automotive companies are not active. The main reason for delaying the reporting of many major vehicle models is that they have also exposed the shortcomings of long-term management and market confusion in China's truck industry. For example, the type of trucks on the market far exceeds the number of “catalogues” or “announcements”. Some companies will not report on the “catalogues” or “announcements” at all, attempting to legitimize through parameter adjustment; for a long time, Truck companies use small carts to apply small-scale product catalogs to produce large-tonnage and small-scale models. In the sales process, distribution companies need to determine what they need in order to promote sales, downshifts, and even what the user needs. Today, they must report to the National Development and Reform Commission. When the real parameters of the models are used, even the companies themselves are confused... The slow progress in rectifying large-tonnage vehicles has directly affected the smooth development of the “super cure” work. Zhi Chaochao has repeatedly stated that the most important feature of this “super cure” is that the two departments of traffic control and highway administration have unified standards and can effectively prevent repeated fines. However, from the feedback from various localities on the previous “super cure” work, repeated fines are still a hot spot for driver complaints. There is such a gap between the intended target and the actual effect, and the problem lies in the large tonnage and small scale. At present, it is determined that there are 6 standards for overloading. According to the requirements of the “Aspects, Axis Loads, and Quality Limits of Road Vehicles” promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the first five articles stipulate that under the five conditions of “two-axle vehicles exceeding 20 tons...”, they must be forced by road authorities. Uninstall (except for some vehicles). Article 6 requires large-tonnage and small-scale vehicle owners to return to toll-recovery tolls free of charge in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law" within a certain period of time, in accordance with the "Corrections for the Adjustment of Car-type Automobile Quality Parameters" published by the National Development and Reform Commission. Forced unloading is used to reduce the overloading of overloaded vehicles; by resuming the tonnage of vehicles with large tonnage and blocking the source of overloading, the idea cannot be wrong. However, the slow recovery of tonnage for large-tonnage and small-scale vehicles has made the “super cure” smooth. For example, a truck with a two-axle actual tonnage of 8 tons and a vehicle with a large tonnage marked as 5 tons will pass through the checkpoint in the case of 8 tons of cargo, if the model is not on the "correction form" announced by the NDRC, or Failed to restore the tonnage as required, identified as overloaded after weighing, subject to local traffic police 200 yuan penalty. Due to the failure to meet the unloading requirements, the overloaded trucks continue to hit the road, giving some law enforcement officers repeated fines and creating a "fact". Increase the supervision and inspection of law enforcement officers, and give serious treatment to those responsible for repeated fines, and to a certain extent reduce the negative voice of “super cure”. However, in order to fundamentally solve the problem, we must also work hard to clean up the large-tonnage standard vehicles. Defeating large tonnages and subscripts as a “stumbling block” in the “overriding” work requires coordination among departments. It also requires enterprises to recognize the importance of clearing up large-tonnage small-scale targets and the government’s resolute attitude. Clearing large-tonnage small-scale marks is an excellent opportunity to improve the management level of the truck industry and rectify the truck market. Although for enterprises, a certain cost will be paid for a while, but in the long run, the standardized market is the basis for the healthy development of truck-mounted companies.
