Our Factory



 

A: The seller will send two engineers to the buyer's factory, responsible for installing the machine and training operators until it works normally. All expenses outside of China (including round-trip air tickets, food, hotel, and a daily salary of $70 per engineer) are borne by the buyer. The buyer should provide a translator for communication with the engineers.

B: The forming machine comes with a 12-month warranty (excluding molds and quick-wear parts). The seller will provide free quick-wear parts such as 10 proximity switches, 1 solenoid valve (with 10 leather packs), and 10 mold cores.

C: Within 3 months, if the vacuum pump, motor, or air compressor breaks due to the machine’s quality, the buyer must return the faulty part, and the seller will replace it immediately. However, the seller is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect operation by workers.

D: After the warranty period, the seller can send an engineer upon the buyer's request. All costs related to this visit will be covered by the buyer, and service charges will be negotiated separately.

6. How is the installation done?
The seller dispatches engineers to the buyer’s factory. The buyer assists in installation. The seller is responsible for installation, testing, and training for 30 days. The buyer must ensure the safety of the engineers.
