The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 with special heat treatment, providing high corrosion resistance and performance. Euro-style rectangular barrel with optimized reflux cooling channels reduces temperature differences in D areas. An innovative heater tightening design ensures efficient heat transfer and long heater life. The material used is high-quality nitrided steel, offering corrosion resistance or anti-friction properties. Various metering feeders include single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. A new parallel three-axis drive system combines the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque, making it compact and using imported bearings. Soaking and spray lubrication work smoothly. Tooth face strengthening ensures high torque, precision, and low noise. Drive components are made of high-quality materials, including super alloy cementite steel, cemented, and ground. Frame structure control cabinet, imported electrical elements, temperature control system, and driving system. Interlock and multi-protection features ensure safety. Using imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) for optimized process control, offering stronger functions, stable performance, and higher accuracy. Full-set link-lock protection, trouble safeguard, and fault alarm guidance are also available. The touch screen interface is visual and easy to use.
