On February 24th, at 5 AM, Russia invaded Ukraine. Our Ukrainian team woke up to the sound of explosions and chaos. There are no words to describe the pain and fear that followed. Ukraine, a peaceful country in the heart of Europe, has not seen such devastation since World War II. We are heartbroken by the destruction of hospitals, schools, and homes. This level of violence is unacceptable in the 21st century — and always has been.

Delfast, a company built in Ukraine and now based in the US, has been deeply affected by the war. We have offices and an R&D center in Kyiv, a city we love and cherish. While our team works remotely from shelters, guest houses, and safe locations across the country, others have had to flee as refugees. Despite this, we continue to operate and deliver with the same commitment as always.

Even during this crisis, there have been no disruptions in our manufacturing or shipping. Orders are still being processed on time, and you can rely on your TOP 3.0 arriving as expected. Surprisingly, we haven’t faced any supply chain issues. In fact, the war has pushed us to expand our sourcing network and find better ways to serve you with high-quality bikes and parts.

Our Los Angeles office remains fully operational and working around the clock. You can still place orders for eBikes, accessories, spare parts, or reach out to our customer service and sales teams without any problems.

Like many other companies with a conscience, Delfast stands with the people of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, 5% of every purchase made on our site has been donated to Ukrainian charities. We believe in supporting those who need it most.

Our Stand Against Russia

We have completely cut ties with all Russian contractors, suppliers, and customers. We will not support or condone any actions that harm innocent people. By ending these relationships, we are removing economic support from the Russian government and sending a clear message: we do not accept their aggression.
