The purpose of this meeting is to solve the problem of uniformity of the tire performance indicators. Among them, the two national norms are "Tire Uniformity Tester Calibration Specification" and "Tire Dynamic Balance Tester Calibration Specification"; four industry specifications are "flat vulcanizing machine calibration specification" and "test open rubber mixing machine calibration specification" 》, “Rubber Hot Air Aging Box Calibration Specificationâ€, “Vulcanized Rubber Thermoplastic Rubber Ozone Aging Test Box Calibration Specificationâ€. Lin Zhongming, deputy manager of Quality Technology Department of Zhongce Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is the first drafter of the "Standard Specification for Tire Uniformity Testing Machine". Lin Zhongming told Tire World that the accuracy of the data produced by the tire testing equipment directly affects the quality of the tire. Therefore, the unified calibration method and discriminant principle are necessary. According to the introduction, in order to keep the measuring device accurate and consistent, first, the quality of the device itself must pass, and secondly, the performance parameters should be calibrated periodically during use. This requires a uniform calibration specification to ensure that tires entering the market remain close to or consistent in performance.
