The crews were working quickly and efficiently, and it’s clear they’re well-prepared for these types of calls. Riverside Full Still Alarm 8-2-12
Today, I arrived at the scene of a fire at 340 Selborne Road in Riverside. By the time I got there, the flames had already been knocked down, but there were still some great photo opportunities with the apparatus that was on site. I believe there were two, maybe even three hose lines stretched, and Riverside’s Truck 1629 was sent to the roof for ventilation.
The ambulance on scene used to be 1614, but it's now 1624 — a 2003 Ford E-450/Medtec unit. It's always interesting to see how equipment gets re-assigned over time.
