A few minutes later, the Drum Tower special patrolman rushed to the scene with a police car. “When we were gone, he lay on his back, incontinent and insomnia, when the sun was strong and he was on his face,” said the police officer. The sultry weather, dazzling sunshine, the police found that fainting man has been unconscious, no obvious injuries. The police learned from nearby crowds that the men were suddenly caught in the fall when riding.

As the police did not know how to faint the man's condition, he did not dare to pick it up. He had to support the man while sheltering the sun while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. A few minutes later, 120 arrived on the scene. With the help of medical staff, the cyclist gradually regained consciousness, but his body still looked very weak. After the medical staff arrived at the inspection, it was initially judged that the man may be fainted due to excessive fatigue, poor weather, and poor physical fitness. Afterwards, the policemen sent the men to the Provincial People’s Hospital in coordination with medical personnel.
