Low-temperature 1-color Pyrometer
This classification includes one color infrared pyrometers measuring range is 250℃-2200℃. The one color pyrometers currently on market are mostly narrow-band pyrometers. Its principle of temperature measurement is to determine the temperature by detecting the radiant energy that occurs in a narrow wavelength range of an object. The temperature a pyrometer measured is the average temperature in an area, and the measuring result is affected by emissivity, lens contamination and background radiation.
To use 1-color pyrometer mode, the measured area of the object should be large (it can fully fill the target field of view) , object surface should be relatively flat (not curved), measurement direction should less than 30 degrees, and the physical and chemical state of the measured object surface should be stable (not in the process of oxidation, gasification or liquefaction) , the optical channel should with less dust and without blocking and attenuation.

Sunwell Seals offers four main types of spiral wound gaskets:
1. **SW600-R (Basic Type)**
This basic construction features reinforced inner and outer diameters without filler, offering better stability and compression performance. It is ideal for use with tongue-and-groove, male-and-female, or grooved-to-flat face flanges.
2. **SW600-IR (Inner Ring Type)**
A solid inner metal ring acts as a compression stopper, preventing the accumulation of solids and reducing fluid turbulence. The annular space is filled with the inner ring to protect the gasket from damage between the flange bore and the inside diameter. Best suited for male-and-female pipe flanges.
3. **SW600-CG (Outer Ring Type)**
The solid outer ring provides radial strength to prevent gasket blowout and acts as a compression limiter. Its design makes installation easier, as the outer ring will touch the bolts during assembly. Suitable for flat face and raised face flanges. For Class 900 and above, an internal ring is recommended.
4. **SW600-CGI (Inner & Outer Rings Type)**
Combines both inner and outer rings to offer enhanced compression control and protection against corrosion on the flange face. Ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, especially for Class 900 and above or where corrosive or toxic media are involved.
