2-1. Basic Introduction

1. Single Hook Debeader LSJ-1200

Structural Features

The blade of the cutter is made of alloy welding with a hard, wear-resistant surface.
It includes a protective frame to ensure safety during wire loop removal.
The motor and reducer are compactly designed for easy installation.

Use: Removing wire loops from the mouth of waste tires.

2. Tire Cutter QDJ-1200

The basic principle involves a motor driving a hydraulic system and cylinder. The tire is secured between two blades that rotate and shear it.

Features:

This equipment offers good shearing performance, fast cutting speed, low energy consumption, small size, ease of operation, and high safety.
Mechanical description: Tires larger than 800mm are typically cut into four pieces, each measuring 200-500mm.

Notes for using the tire cutter:

a. Inspect the knives regularly. If they become dull, maintain them promptly; service life is about 2-3 years.
b. Filter and change the oil in the hydraulic station regularly. It’s recommended to filter once every one and a half years.
c. Wearing parts like rubber seals come with an extra set when the machine is shipped.

3&4. Whole Tire Shredder ZPS-900

Use:

This machine can directly crush tires smaller than 800mm. At normal temperatures, it can produce 50x50 mm blocks, which can then be further processed into 10-30 mesh or separated into wires and fibers.

Features:

Compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, convenient maintenance, and carbide surfacing tools for high hardness and wear resistance. The rotating screen enables efficient screening of qualified rubber.
Mechanical description: Tires with a diameter of 800mm and rubber rings can be broken down into 50x50 mm rubber blocks.

Notes for using the whole tire shredder:

a. Inject gear oil into the gearbox (hypoid gear oil). Main bearings use calcium-based grease lubrication. After three months of operation, replace the oil and clean the fuel tank. From then on, change the oil once a year.
b. After processing 3,000 tons of waste rubber (under normal conditions), the buyer should sharpen the blade edges. Blades are wear parts, with an average service life of 5-6 years. When delivering the machine, the shredder will be equipped with edge-hardening material (electrodes).

5. Double Rolls Rubber Crusher XKP-560

Use: Primarily used to break large rubber blocks into 40-50mm small rubber blocks.

Technical Parameters:

Structure: Rollers are made of alloy cold-hard cast iron with wear-resistant properties. The mill flour has teeth and deep grooves.

To extend the service life of the cracker, we recommend building a foundation for the rubber cracker.
The configurations of our XKP-560 rubber cracker include nylon bush grease lubrication and a hard gear surface reducer, ensuring lower noise and longer service life.

Our crackers are humanized with a nice operating platform. All wiring is well connected from the control system to the motor. When using the machine, customers just need to connect it directly to the power.
