This brake device is primarily used in downward belt conveyor systems, allowing for quick and safe braking of long-distance conveyor systems. It is our patented product. The KPZ series self-cooled controllable disc brake is mainly applied for controlled braking and stopping of large electromechanical equipment. It features a normally closed design, making it suitable for the stopping of various types of electromechanical appliances.
Key Technical Features:
1. Control deceleration within the range of 0.05–0.3 m/s².
2. Braking safely and reliably under conditions such as sudden power failure, motor overspeed, conveyor belt slippage, or other protective instructions.
3. No sparks during braking, with surface temperature below 150°C.
4. Adjustable maximum braking torque from 10 to 1000 kN·m.
5. Smooth and stable full-load restart.
6. Equipped with electric motor over-speed protection, belt slip detection, and more.
7. Dual hydraulic circuits, one in operation and one on standby.
8. Explosion-proof electrical-liquid proportion technology is used, ensuring easy assembly, adjustment, and high reliability.
