C. Key Features
1. The inlet and outlet design ensures sufficient medium remains in the pump, even when the suction line is empty, maintaining excellent self-priming performance.
2. The pump body features a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure, allowing some fluid to return to the inlet, reducing starting torque.
3. Synchronizer gears transmit torque from the driving screw to the idler screw, eliminating metal contact and ensuring smooth power transmission, making the pump resistant to dry running damage.
4. The meshing screws form a sealed cavity, enabling steady and continuous liquid transfer without pulsation due to constant volume.
5. The twin-screw pump offers multiple heating structures to adapt to different temperatures and media.
