WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT (PVC/PVG TYPE)
This type of conveyor belt is divided into two types: PVC and PVG. The PVC type has a top and bottom layer of PVC coating cover with a single-sided tape thickness ≥1.0mm and slope angle <16°. The PVG type has nitrile rubber and PVC as upper and lower layers, with a single-sided tape thickness of 1mm-3mm and slope angle <20°. It is fire retardant, ant-static, shock resistant, abrasion resistant, and corrosion resistant.
Application: For underground well haulage of coal mines, conveyance of materials for metallurgical and chemical industries.

General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt: Uses new steel cord as tear-resistant element. High tension strength, small elongation, excellent troughability, and high flexibility. Suitable for long-distance, large freight volume, and high-speed material conveyance.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt: Reinforcement layers are evenly laid on one or both sides of the lengthways steel cable. Excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector: Uses new steel cord as the tear-resistant element. Phase shift sensor (coil) is built between the core rubber and bottom cover of the steel cord conveyor belt. Automatically alarms and stops when tearing is detected or abnormal running occurs.

Structure: EPDM or SBR as covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.
